Job Description

?Our client based in the North East are looking for an experienced Loft and Ventilation installer to work on a large project in Cambridge. This will be on a subcontract basis.

Job Specification:

  • Install various types of loft ventilation systems according to manufacturer guidelines and building codes.
  • Record and document work using Knauf.
  • Modify or upgrade insulation and boarding to accommodate ventilation requirements
  • Ensure vents are positioned for effective cross-ventilation and unobstructed airflow
  • Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations and health & safety standards

Personal Specification:

  • CSCS Card
  • NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Roofing and Installation
  • PAS 2030 certification
  • Must live within an hour from Cambridge.
  • Must have a full UK Driving Licence and own transport

Prices:

  • Price per house for Trickle vents, door undercuts and core holes for DMEVS is £210.
  • Price per DMEV is £80
