We have an excellent opportunity to join our team here at Zenith Training. In this role, you will monitor, review and evaluate the quality of assessment processes and practices, and the overall quality of provision. You will support, motivate and develop Assessors to improve the quality of delivery across all learning programmes, ensuring high quality teaching, learning and assessment for all learners. Responsible for ensuring the company’s Internal Quality Assurance processes are rigorous and lead to continuous improvement, improved learner satisfaction and success rates across the team. Role responsibilities: To monitor, review and evaluate the quality of assessment processes and practices, and overall quality of provision, ensuring robust IQA and best practice processes are in place and followed consistently. Produce and maintain sampling plans for internal verification in line with company policy. Complete regular sampling of Assessor activity to ensure consistency across the team. Check the compilation of e-portfolios and monitor the quality of evidence. Ensure sampling is completed and turned around within the timescales set. Manage sampling and verification activities to improve the progression and achievement of learners.
