Zenith People is proud to partner with a forward-thinking manufacturing client in their search for a talented Engineering Draughtsperson with expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. What You'll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you'll be at the heart of the design and production process — translating ideas into reality and shaping the future of manufacturing. This is more than just a desk job: you'll collaborate with both office and shop floor teams, gaining valuable insight into real-world production while driving continuous improvement.

Your mission:

  • Create detailed manufacturing and customer submission drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
  • Revise and update existing technical drawings with precision
  • Perform essential engineering calculations to support design accuracy
  • Manage engineering change orders and documentation
  • Generate CNC programming data using Radan software

Maintain and update BOM/RPO data via Navision

  • Uphold quality and safety standards across all projects
  • Take on additional tasks that support the engineering team and business goals

What You Bring

Skills & Competencies:

  • Confident with Microsoft Office tools
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (essential)
  • Experience with CNC programming using Radan (preferred)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (preferred)
  • SolidWorks certification is a plus
