Zenith People is proud to partner with a forward-thinking manufacturing client in their search for a talented Engineering Draughtsperson with expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. This is a permanent opportunity to bring your technical skills to life in a dynamic, hands-on environment where innovation meets precision.
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you'll be at the heart of the design and production process — translating ideas into reality and shaping the future of manufacturing. This is more than just a desk job: you'll collaborate with both office and shop floor teams, gaining valuable insight into real-world production while driving continuous improvement.
Your mission:
- Create detailed manufacturing and customer submission drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Revise and update existing technical drawings with precision
- Perform essential engineering calculations to support design accuracy
- Manage engineering change orders and documentation
- Generate CNC programming data using Radan software
Maintain and update BOM/RPO data via Navision
- Uphold quality and safety standards across all projects
- Take on additional tasks that support the engineering team and business goals

Skills & Competencies:
- Confident with Microsoft Office tools
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (essential)
- Experience with CNC programming using Radan (preferred)
