The position of Caretakeris responsible for the day to day running of the site to ensure a safe and maintained environment for all.

Complete full building inspection/walk on a frequent basis to identifyany cleaning or maintenance issues
To test, inspect and check working order xgikmsk and condition of building plant & machinery, including lighting,heating,fire control system, alarms, smoke ventilation,lifts,water pumps, tanks,doors, windows,
