We are now looking for a proactive, customer focused and solutions driven Building Manager to join our team.

The Role

  • Delivering an exceptional residential living experience that reflects the quality and brand standards of the development.
  • Leading the onsite team to provide a professional, welcoming environment whilst maintaining the highest operational and presentation standards.
  • Supporting the team with general management duties including attendance management, engagement and performance.
  • Assisting with the recruitment, training and supervision of staff, including conducting training and observation sessions to ensure talent is developed and standards are consistently met.
  • Working closely with the wider Management team to create and embed an exceptional 5* customer service culture.
  • Promoting and marketing the development, and building partnerships with local businesses to enhance the lifestyle and service offered to residents and visitors.
  • Overseeing and planning maintenance work, events and the effective management of amenity spaces.
