We are now looking for a professional, proactive and solution focused Assistant Property Manager to join the team.
The Role
- Act as a key point of contact for leaseholders, residents, contractors, and suppliers.
- Support the wider property team in delivering services in accordance with management agreements, block leases, RICS codes of practice, and internal KPIs.
- Ensuring all property records, correspondence, and documentation are accurately maintained on the Property Management system.
- Liaising with the internal maintenance division to arrange and progress reactive and planned maintenance works.
- Assisting with the procurement of external contractors, including preparing scopes of works, obtaining quotations, and supporting tender processes.
- Carrying out regular site visits and block inspections, identifying defects, maintenance requirements, and health and safety concerns and ensuring compliance.
- Maintaining a strong awareness of current landlord and tenant legislation, health and safety.
