Responsibilities
- Build and nurture senior client relationships, becoming a trusted partner who brings valuable insight and perspective
- Anticipate client needs and proactively introduce new opportunities that support H’M’s business and marketing goals
- Lead collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated, high-quality work
- Shape and contribute to the strategic business plan, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
- Oversee account health, ensuring challenges are addressed and opportunities are realised
- Lead commercial conversations, working closely with procurement and finance partners to deliver fair, sustainable outcomes
- Support and develop the team, creating a culture of collaboration, learning and high performance
Qualifications
- Experience managing senior client relationships within a media, agency or marketing environment
- Strong commercial awareness, with confidence handling negotiations and identifying growth opportunities
- Ability to think strategically while staying connected to day-to-day delivery
- A collaborative leadership style, with experience bringing teams together across disciplines
- Clear and confident communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- A passion for developing people and building inclusive, supportive team cultures
- Curiosity and a proactive mindset, with a drive to improve how work is delivered and how partnerships grow
