At Zenith, our people are at the heart of our success. For more than 30 years, we've been helping organisations move further, smarter and more sustainably, while building a culture where colleagues can thrive. As we continue to grow, we're investing in how we reward, recognise and support our colleagues. That's why we're looking for a Reward Analyst to join our People Function and play a key role in shaping reward decisions that help us attract, retain and motivate great people.
What makes this opportunity different? You'll have the chance to influence reward strategy across the business, not just report on data. From pay reviews and bonus processes to reward governance, job evaluation and colleague benefits, you'll use data and insight to influence how we reward, recognise and support around 1,500 colleagues.
What's the Role
Working closely with HR and business leaders, you'll turn data into meaningful insight that supports reward decisions and improves colleague experience.
You’ll:
- Deliver analysis and modelling that supports reward and compensation decisions.
- Provide insight on pay competitiveness, attraction, retention and internal equity trends.
- Play a key role in annual pay review and bonus processes.
- Manage job evaluation activity and maintain the Willis Towers Watson job evaluation database.
- Evaluate and benchmark roles to support hiring and organisational decisions.
- Conduct pay gap and reward equity analysis and support reporting requirements.
- Improve reward processes through simplification, automation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and enhance our colleague reward platform and communications.
- Support the review and management of employee benefits providers.
- Ensure strong reward governance, consistency and data integrity across the business.
What Can You Bring?
Essential:
- Experience within Reward, Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics or a similar analytical HR environment.
- Experience in salary benchmarking and reward analysis
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability, including data modelling and visualisation.
- Experience supporting pay review and bonus cycles.
- Understanding of job evaluation methodologies.
- Ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and the confidence to make recommendations that support business decisions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Willis Towers Watson job evaluation methodology.
- Benefits supplier management experience.
- Exposure to automation, process improvement or reward technology platforms.
