We are currently looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract, with the potential to be extended. This role will take ownership of our Investor Relations function, shaping high quality external communications and supporting the group's investor engagement.
You'll be joining our Credit Risk and Investor Relations team, working closely with colleagues across Finance, Corporate Development and the wider business. It's a collaborative environment where accuracy, insight and the ability to simplify complex information all play a key part in our success.
Responsibilities- Liaise with finance and wider business teams to stay informed on group performance and initiatives
- Identify key messages and themes to support investor updates
- Prepare and manage the quarterly reporting timetable from an IR perspective
- Draft quarterly reporting materials, including the Investor Presentation, Front Section of the Financial Report, Script and Q&A
- Coordinate logistics for quarterly results, including webinar arrangements and communications
- Maintain accurate backup files and sources for all reporting
- Support preparation of the Annual Report, including drafting content, managing timelines and coordinating with auditors
- Corporate Investor Relations experience
- Financial qualification with strong financial and commercial acumen
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment for listings
- Strong writing, reviewing and editing skills
- Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail
- Well organised and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and with ambiguity
- Up to £75,000 per annum + car allowance and annual bonus
