We're now looking for a highly organised Executive Administrator to support our Executive Office and Executive Committee (ExCo).

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you'll provide high‑quality administrative, diary and meeting support to nine senior leaders in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of the business, gaining direct exposure to Executive Committee members while developing a strong understanding of how strategic decisions are shaped within a modern, complex organisation.

You'll play a key role in supporting high‑level meetings, executive communications and the smooth running of our most senior forums. Joining a collaborative, high‑performing Executive Office, you'll be part of a team that values professionalism, quality and discretion. What You'll be Doing

  • Managing diaries, meeting rooms, and scheduling for Executive Leaders
  • Coordinating ExCo and Senior Leadership meetings, including preparing agendas and monthly meeting packs
  • Working with senior teams (Finance, People, Tech) to confirm agenda items, request papers, and prepare materials
  • Sending meeting papers in advance to relevant stakeholders
  • Supporting town halls across Finance, People, and Tech by helping construct and format PowerPoint content
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, logistics and processing expenses
  • Acting as a professional, trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders
  • Providing additional administrative support to the Executive Assistant

  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
