We are currently looking for a Delivery Manager - Finance Portfolio & Capacity Management to join our Enterprise Portfolio & Delivery function.
Based in Leeds with agile working arrangements, this role will be instrumental in helping Finance and Treasury teams balance operational priorities with strategic transformation initiatives.
You will provide visibility across demand, capacity and resource allocation, enabling informed investment and delivery decisions that drive business value.
Working closely with Finance, Treasury, Technology and Change stakeholders, you'll help establish effective portfolio governance, improve planning maturity and ensure critical expertise is deployed where it delivers the greatest impact.
- What's the Role
- Lead demand management across strategic programmes, regulatory initiatives, operational improvements and BAU activity
- Coordinate capacity planning and resource allocation across competing Finance priorities
- Produce portfolio-level reporting, forecasting and utilisation insights to support decision-making
- Facilitate prioritisation discussions and governance forums with senior stakeholders
- Identify and manage risks, bottlenecks, dependencies and resource constraints
- Build strong relationships across Finance, Treasury, Technology and Change functions
- Drive transparency, accountability and outcome-focused delivery across the portfolio
- What Can You Offer
- Experience delivering complex change initiatives, programmes or portfolios within a large organisation
- Proven capability in demand management, capacity planning, resource management or portfolio governance
- Strong understanding of portfolio, programme and project delivery disciplines
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate effective prioritisation decisions
- Excellent analytical, planning and reporting skills
- Experience within Finance, Operations, Shared Services or similarly constrained environments would be beneficial
- Qualifications such as APM, MSP, PRINCE2, Agile or P3O would be advantageous
