What you'll be doing
You'll provide exceptional customer service throughout the duration of a customer's vehicle contract - from the point of delivery to collection.
You will manage all customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring every query is handled with care, and contributes to building strong, long-term relationships.
Your day to day responsibilities will include
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries, making sure we're easy to do business with.
- Delivering clear and concise information to ensure our customers get the right solution the first time, every time.
- Maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and feedback are seamless.
- Handling phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment, working towards achieving over 55 tasks daily.
- Managing multiple systems and ensuring your queues stay up to date.
