Zenith Vehicles in Glasgow has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hardworking and highly motivated Parts Advisor to join our busy team. Working out of our Glasgow site (Baillieston G69), you will be an integral part of the team. We are looking for a team player with parts experience in a Commercial Vehicles Parts department, who can work at a fast pace, with good communication and tech skills. The ideal candidate will be computer literate; however, full training on our systems can be provided if necessary.
Key Duties:
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, building rapport and understanding customers' needs.
- Maintain positive relationships with all customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Ensure all orders are packed and dispatched correctly.
- Monitor and maintain agreed stock levels and check deliveries against delivery notes, ensuring all parts are accounted for.
- Assist with stock checks and process warranty parts.
This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm.
