We have great opportunities for Planning & Defect Administrators to join Zenith.

Our Planning & Defect Administrators coordinate the comprehensive maintenance and servicing plans for our managed fleet of trailers and vehicles, including preventative maintenance, scheduled servicing, MOT, LOLER and all other legislative requirements.

This team is pivotal in delivering excellent customer service to our ever-expanding client base nationwide.

Planning and organisation underpin everything we do to enable us to meet deadlines and managing your own time and workload.

We are looking for candidates that can work either 07:00 -16:00 or 07:30 - 16:30 Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise all network resources to deliver the most cost-effective method of scheduled & unscheduled bookings to minimise fleet downtime.
  • Using our inhouse fleet systems, ensure all work is documented and controlled in a professional and accurate manner.
  • Work within the planning team to ensure statutory compliance
  • Liaise with customers and external contractors / government agencies to ensure full O Licence compliance.
  • Manage the recharge process in line with customer requirements
  • Develop professional relationships with customers
