Zenith are seeking highly motivated Drilling Superintendent to join a major operator delivering long-term UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) projects. The role offers technically challenging work across diverse assets, well types, and rig environments.
Long term projects up to 36 months — offering stability, broad operational exposure, and a key role in high-profile UKCS delivery.
The Opportunity
- Successful candidates will manage the planning and execution of well engineering activities across a broad operational landscape, including:
- Plug & Abandonment (P&A) operations
- Development and well lifecycle projects
- Subsea and platform well operations
- Multi-asset campaigns across complex offshore environments
- You will gain exposure to a variety of rig types and operational settings, including:
- LWIVs
- Semi-submersibles
- Jack-Up rigs
What We Are Looking For
- Significant Drilling Superintendent experience
- Strong UKCS operational knowledge
- Significant exposure to mobile unit operations including P&A experience
- Proven experience across multiple well projects and operations
- Ability to work across diverse asset types and rig environments
- Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving capability
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
