Hours: 40 hours per week 8.30am -5pm (short term contract)

Zenith is hiring a Project Administrator located at Mossmorran. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks and supporting our project team. Please note – own transport is required.

Role

  • Provide administrative support to the Zenith project team in particular, the Contracts Managers, Site Manager, Welding Inspector and Compliance Manager.
  • Purchasing Order Management (quotations, purchase orders, maintenance of purchase order register, receipt of material certifications and filing of all documentation).
  • Liaising with suppliers.
  • Maintain high level of attention to detail.
  • Maintenance of Site Training Matrix and ensuring all training and induction records are received, entered and copied to Admin Head Office.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Checking and collation of timesheets
  • Escorting personnel for drug/alcohol testing
  • Escorting visitors to site
  • Photocopying and filing
  • Ensuring stocks of PPE are maintained
  • Deliver excellent written and verbal communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Collaborate closely with team members.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as required.

Skills and experience

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Construction sector working experience preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively to deliver high-quality results.
