This role is ideal for an aspiring leader, ready to take on the challenge of owning and growing an established service line. You will manage the relationships and workload of existing and future clients, driving excellence, long lasting relationships and attracting new opportunities.
As a Fund Monitoring Quantity Surveyor you will act on behalf of lending institutions, investors, or funding bodies to monitor and report on the financial and construction progress of projects. You will ensure that the deployment of funds is appropriate, justified, and aligned with contractual and project milestones.
