Project Quantity Surveyor Mechanical & Electrical (Non Biased) | Contractor London | Office & Site Based Full Time Project Level Quantity Surveyor required for ever growing and evolving Mechanical & Electrical Contractor based in London. About You: As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you\’ll take ownership of the commercial and contractual aspects of one or more key projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver value and ensure financial performance. Minimum 3 – 5 years\’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role Proven experience managing mechanical and electrical packages on large construction projects (Non Biased as long as you\’re willing to learn) Strong knowledge of relevant forms of contract (JCT/NEC) Confident communicator with excellent commercial skills Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (or equivalent experience) Proficient in commercial systems (e.g Excel, CostX, Bluebeam) Key Projects: Commercial Offices | Banking Establishments | Data Centres | Education Facilities | Government Buildings | Residential Infrastructure | Retail Units | Pharmaceutical Laboratories | New Build | Refurb Average value £50m – £100m What We Offer The opportunity to work on high-profile, complex projects mostly local to London Supportive and ambitious team culture Opportunities to work in different sectors Ongoing professional development and training Competitive salary, car allowance, and benefits package Clear career progression opportunities within a growing business Salary range £60k – £80k depending on experience and skills Key Responsibilities: Manage project budgets, valuations, variations, and final accounts Prepare tender packages and assist in subcontractor procurement Monitor costs and value reporting through the project lifecycle Work collaboratively with operations teams to ensure cost-effective delivery Administer contracts (typically JCT/NEC or bespoke) Provide accurate forecasting and cashflow projections Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options If you want to be part of a business that values ambition, innovation, and collaboration apply today or send any queries to rosie@zenithassociates.co.uk
