We’re working with a growing cost consultancy looking to hire a Senior Cost Consultant with strong data centre experience. The team works with the biggest names in the industry and you will be working directly with one of their new clients. Therefore they are looking for someone comfortable in a client facing role and able to represent what the consultancy stands for; Client and relationship first.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading cost plans, estimates and benchmarking on Data Centre projects
- Reviewing contractor tenders and commercial submissions
- Providing cost reporting, forecasting and risk analysis
- Supporting procurement strategy and value engineering
- Acting as a trusted, client-facing commercial lead
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years’ cost consultancy experience - Contractor experience acceptable also!
- Strong track record delivering mission-critical projects
- Good understanding of commercial processes
- Confident communicator, commercially sharp and proactive
