Zenith Associates Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant for a live hyperscale data centre project across Europe.
The role is based in the UK with hybrid working from London, Manchester or Edinburgh and monthly trips to Austria.
You will act as the client's commercial representative, delivering full cost management throughout the project lifecycle and coordinating with an international team on complex infrastructure developments.
