Role: Senior or Project Quantity Surveyor
Project: Gigafactory, Somerset (3-year programme, NEC contract)
Working pattern: Hybrid – 2–3 days on-site in Somerset, South West England, remainder WFH
You’ll also have the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the business, with a strong pipeline of projects across the UK, Europe, and the USA in mission-critical sectors.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
- Background in infrastructure, energy, nuclear, or MEP-related projects
- Strong technical understanding (MEP / CSA) from contractor, subcontractor, or consultancy side
- NEC contract knowledge is highly desirable (but not essential)
- Collaborative mindset - This is a very relationship focused team.
