A unique opportunity to join a new business unit within a well-established global consultancy. The team is setting itself apart through strong technical expertise and is looking to bring in driven individuals from contractor, subcontractor, or consultancy backgrounds with transferable skills.

Role: Senior or Project Quantity Surveyor

Project: Gigafactory, Somerset (3-year programme, NEC contract)

Working pattern: Hybrid – 2–3 days on-site in Somerset, South West England, remainder WFH

You’ll also have the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the business, with a strong pipeline of projects across the UK, Europe, and the USA in mission-critical sectors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Background in infrastructure, energy, nuclear, or MEP-related projects
  • Strong technical understanding (MEP / CSA) from contractor, subcontractor, or consultancy side
  • NEC contract knowledge is highly desirable (but not essential)
  • Collaborative mindset - This is a very relationship focused team.
