With offices in the UK, USA, Spain and Germany, this growing consultancy combines the agility of a specialist business with the reach of a global organisation. You'll work on some of Europe's largest data centre developments while helping shape the future of an expanding team.
The Role
You’ll join a live hyperscale data centre project in Austria, acting as the client's commercial representative and providing full cost management services throughout the project lifecycle. Based from your nearest UK office, you’ll work on a hybrid basis with monthly site visits to Austria (Monday–Thursday).
Requirements
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience delivering complex infrastructure or mission-critical projects such as: Data Centres, Substations, Nuclear, Advanced Manufacturing, Energy
- Experience working on live construction projects
- Willingness to travel to European sites approximately once per month
