A major hyperscale data centre project in Finland is seeking an MEP Commercial Lead to take full ownership of commercial delivery.
Working with an internationally established MEP contractor, you will play a key leadership role, not only driving project success but also helping establish and grow the business within the region.
This is a high-impact position with long-term potential, supporting a client relationship that will underpin further expansion across the UK & EU.

The Project
- Scope: MEP, with elements of CSA & logistics
- Duration: ~18 months
- Start: Late Q3 2026
- Location: Kouvola, Finland (within 1.5 hour commute Helsinki)
Key Responsibilities
- Full commercial leadership (MEP) of a large-scale data centre project
- Ownership of contract administration, procurement, and supply chain strategy
- Lead and manage change management processes
- Oversee all commercial reporting, cost control, and financial performance
- Lead a 3-person + commercial team with a hands-on approach
- Act as primary commercial interface with client and key stakeholders
- Identify risks early and implement proactive commercial solutions
- Ensure delivery aligns with mission-critical standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lead / Senior QS on data centre or mission-critical projects
- Strong background in MEP commercial management
- Experience leading teams on complex, fast-paced builds
- Demonstrated P&L responsibility and commercial ownership
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
