Are you an electrically biased Service Engineer looking for a varied role with a strong work/life balance, flexible hours, and the opportunity to work with specialist machinery?

We are looking for a Service & Installation Engineer to join a well-established and highly respected engineering business specialising in EDM machinery. This is a hybrid role combining both machine installations and service/maintenance work across customer sites throughout the UK.

The Role

  • Installation and commissioning of EDM machinery at customer sites
  • Service, maintenance, calibration and fault finding
  • Electrical, electronic and some mechanical diagnostics
  • Software updates and machine performance improvements
  • Providing technical support and excellent customer service
  • Producing technical service reports

What We’re Looking For

  • Electrical or Electronic Engineering background
  • Experience in fault finding and maintenance engineering
  • Good understanding of electrical/electronic systems
  • Mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic knowledge advantageous
  • Strong customer-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • EDM machinery experience is beneficial but not essential
