As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and responding to equipment breakdowns across the production facility. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities on production machinery and electrical systems.
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on manufacturing equipment.
  • Carrying out remedial actions and breakdown repairs to minimise production downtime.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining electrical panels, wiring systems, and associated equipment.
  • Completing electrical testing and inspections to ensure compliance and operational reliability.
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Liaising with production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reporting equipment issues.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with health, safety, and industry regulations.

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer who has experience working within a manufacturing or production environment. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Recognised Electrical Engineering qualifications.
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or FMCG environment.
