We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Management Accountant to join our client's finance team and take responsibility for maintaining accurate financial records while supporting the smooth operation of the wider finance function. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of bookkeeping and accounting activities, including the preparation of management accounts, cashflow reporting, accounts payable, reconciliations, CIS reporting, and support with year-end financial processes. In addition to core accounting responsibilities, this role will contribute to improving finance processes, developing procedures, analysing business performance, and supporting operational improvements. The ideal candidate will be organised, commercially aware, and confident using accounting systems such as Xero, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
