Salary: £13.29 per hour (£29,105 per annum)

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (2 Days / 2 Nights / 4 Rest Days)

Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm / 6:00pm – 6:00am

The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business looking to appoint an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of their warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous warehouse leadership experience who enjoys leading from the front, developing teams and ensuring the smooth movement of goods within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily operational targets.
  • Plan and coordinate warehouse activities across both day and night shifts.
  • Ensure all goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity and attendance.
  • Support training and development of new and existing team members.
  • Maintain high standards of Health and Safety.
