They are committed to high-quality delivery, learner support, and continuous improvement. About The Role They are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Tutor to join the Coaching Team. This role focuses on supporting and developing learners undertaking conveyancing qualifications through structured coaching, assessment support, and subject-matter expertise. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional who is passionate about developing others, with a clear progression pathway into an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) role within the Quality Team. Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality coaching and learner support for conveyancing programmes * Support learners through their qualification journey, providing guidance on * assessments, evidence, and professional practice * Conduct one-to-one coaching sessions and progress reviews * Monitor learner progress and engagement, identifying and addressing support * needs * Provide constructive feedback aligned with awarding body standards * Maintain accurate learner records and documentation * Work collaboratively with the Coaching and Quality teams to ensure consistency * and quality of delivery * Stay up to date with conveyancing legislation, best practice, and qualification * requirements Progression Opportunity – IQA Pathway Opportunity to develop into an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) role Receive mentoring and support to build IQA knowledge and competence Participate in standardisation activities and quality improvement initiatives Support the internal quality assurance of assessments in line with awarding body requirements Skills & Experience Essential: * Significant experience working in conveyancing (residential and/or commercial) * Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes, compliance, and best practice * Excellent communication and coaching skills * Ability to motivate, support, and develop adult learners * Strong organisational and time management skills * Confident using digital systems and online learning platforms Desirable: * Teaching, training, or coaching experience * Assessor or teaching qualifications (e.g. AET, CAVA, TAQA, or equivalent) * Experience working with regulated qualifications or awarding bodies * Interest in quality assurance and compliance What You Get in Return * Clear progression pathway into an IQA role * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Opportunity to shape and develop future conveyancing professionals * Ongoing professional development and training * Competitive salary and benefits package
