- Product Ownership (Rolling Stock – Primary Focus)
- Own the product lifecycle for amplifiers and custom intercom solutions within the rolling stock market
- Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with customer and market requirements
- Gather, prioritise, and translate customer needs into product specifications
- Work closely with engineering to deliver solutions that meet performance, compliance, and cost targets
- Ensure products meet relevant rail standards and project-specific requirements
- Technical owner and at times solution architect
- Support product launches, documentation, marketing and internal alignment
- Business Development & Customer Engagement
- Act as a key interface between customers, sales, and internal teams
- Support and lead customer discussions, technical presentations, and solution development
- Identify and develop opportunities with OEMs, operators, and system integrators
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the rolling stock sector
- Bids, Quotations & Compliance
- Prepare and support technical proposals, quotations, and bid submissions

- Essential: Proven experience within the rolling stock / rail industry
- Knowledge of relevant rail / metro standards
- Experience in product management, applications engineering, or technical sales
- Strong understanding of PA/VA systems, amplifiers, SIP based intercoms, or related communication systems
- Experience preparing quotations, tenders, and compliance documentation
- Ability to interpret complex specifications and translate them into deliverable solutions
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-facing experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with rolling stock OEMs and integrators
- IP Networking experience
