    • Negotiate and award contracts for key project packages including transformers, inverters, switchgear, substations, cabling, civil works and balance of plant infrastructure.
    • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to support the delivery of the company's growing development and construction pipeline.
    • Establish preferred supplier frameworks and procurement governance processes to drive value, consistency and transparency.
    • Monitor market conditions, supplier capacity, pricing trends and supply chain risks, proactively identifying opportunities and mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure procurement activities align with company sustainability, ESG and Modern Slavery obligations.
  • Risk & Contract Management
    • Lead commercial risk assessments during project development, procurement and delivery phases.
    • Identify, evaluate and mitigate risks associated with contract structures, supplier performance, programme delivery and pricing.
    • Work closely with Legal advisors to negotiate and maintain robust contractual protections.
