Zeneducate is seeking a seasoned People Leader to partner with Ashni, Global VP of People, and lead our UK team. You will work closely with co-founders and senior leaders to ensure the right people, leadership, structure and processes for the next growth phase.
You will build scalable People practices, coach managers, and shape hiring, development and retention as Zen scales. This is a hands-on role that requires operational energy and a passion for education technology.
