Zen Educate is hiring an FP&A Analyst / Business Partner to help move finance from reporting to shaping strategy. You will own core reporting, lead annual budgeting and termly reforecasts across the UK and US, and act as a finance partner for Regional Directors to drive action.
You will build driver-based models, perform variance analysis, and push improvements across the finance stack with Abacum, Xero, Hibob and Pleo tools.
