About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing technology company helping organizations combat financial crime through innovative, data-driven solutions. They are looking to scale their GTM function and need a hybrid professional who can sell the solution and deliver it too. This professional will support customers across the UK and Europe and combines solution architecture, hands-on implementation, and technical pre-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery: discovery, architecture design, data integration, configuration, and go-live.
- Design scalable integrations using APIs, ETL pipelines, and relational databases.
- Translate business and compliance needs into practical, technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration or configuration issues.
- Support pre-sales activities such as technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept design.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine onboarding processes, demos, and documentation.
- Provide customer feedback to influence product and integration roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or Forward Deployed roles within SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech.
- Technical proficiency with: APIs (REST, Webhooks, Postman), ETL pipelines and data ingestion, Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with financial institutions or fintech clients preferred.
- Knowledge of AML, fraud detection, or financial crime prevention is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
