Responsibilities
- Engaging inbound leads – following up with prospects who are already interested in what we do, understanding their needs, and moving them to the next step in the sales process.
- Proactive outbound outreach – identifying and reaching out to potential customers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to build a strong, high‑quality pipeline.
- Running customer meetings on Teams – joining and hosting discovery calls and intro meetings, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring prospects have a great first experience with us.
- Supporting our partnership programme – helping nurture and grow our partner relationships by coordinating calls, following up on opportunities, and keeping everything running smoothly.
- Working closely with the Head of Sales – collaborating directly with our Head of Sales to maximise sales opportunities, refine messaging, and learn proven sales strategies.
- Joining customer visits – being part of in‑person customer visits and meetings, gaining valuable exposure to how long‑term relationships are built.
- Owning clear targets – having concrete goals around number of calls, number of meetings booked, sales closed, and being supported with coaching, tools and feedback to hit (and beat) them.
Requirements
- Early in your sales career – recent graduate with a degree in business, management, sales, or a related field; 2–3 years of sales experience and ready to take the next step in a strategic, growth‑focused environment.
- Confident communicating – enjoy speaking to people, asking smart questions, and turning conversations into opportunities – on the phone, Teams, or in person.
- Comfortable on camera – willing to be on camera for video content and other front‑facing activities as required.
- Driven and goal‑oriented – like having clear targets, seeing progress, celebrating wins, competitive in a healthy way, motivated by results.
- Curious and eager to learn – want to understand our product, customers, and what makes a great sales process, open to feedback and coaching.
