Join Zendbox as an Office Cleaner!

We at Zendbox take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace for our employees and clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated Office Cleaner to join our team and help us ensure that our office environment meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Monday-Friday – 4 hours per day – 2pm-6pm

Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Clean and sanitise office restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in meeting rooms, reception areas, and workspaces.
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling.
• Manage cleaning supplies and notify management of inventory needs.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

By contributing to a clean work environment, you will support our team’s efficiency and morale.

Requirements

• Previous experience in office cleaning or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for interaction with other staff members.
• Flexibility in working hours may be required, including potential weekend work.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specialized cleaning equipment and techniques.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and lift moderately heavy items.
