Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated HR Advisor to support our Human Resources department. This role will provide support in various HR functions, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personal files, leave records).
- Assist with onboarding of new hires.
- Support managers with grievance, disciplinary and performance management cases.
- Support recruitment activities.
- Monitor absence recording, reports and carry out return to work meetings.
- Help administer performance reviews, and training schedules.
- Assist with HR reporting and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related correspondence and documentation.
- Handle HR-related inquiries from employees.
- Support ad hoc HR and payroll projects as needed.
Qualifications & Benefits
- Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- A keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
- CIPD Level 3 preferred but not essential.
