Join Zendbox as a Goods Out Operative! Zendbox is seeking energetic and detail-oriented Goods Out Operatives to become key members of our warehouse team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the goods dispatch process, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to meet our customer demands.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick goods in accordance with order specifications, ensuring all items are correct and in good condition.
- Efficiently pack products for dispatch, ensuring that all orders are securely packaged to prevent damage.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and effectively, using manual handling or mechanical equipment as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management to ensure accurate tracking of goods.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality issues to the team leader promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
