Zendbox is a fast-growing, tech-led eCommerce fulfilment and distribution business in Kent. We’re seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our people strategy at the Kent HQ, overseeing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to performance, wellbeing, absence management and retention.
You’ll work with senior leadership to ensure people practices support business objectives, while creating a culture that enables teams to thrive and hit the ground running.
