Zendbox.io is a fast-growing, tech‑led eCommerce fulfilment and distribution business based near Tonbridge, Kent. We help ambitious brands scale by delivering smart, reliable warehousing and logistics solutions – and we’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our next stage of growth.

About the Role

Kickstart your sales career in a role where you’re trusted, supported, and given real responsibility from day one. We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to learn quickly, work closely with senior leadership, and play a direct role in driving revenue and building relationships with our customers and partners.

What you’ll be doing

  • Engaging inbound leads - Follow up with prospects who are already interested in what we do, understand their needs, and move them to the next step in the sales process.
  • Proactive outbound outreach - Identify and reach out to potential customers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to build a strong, high‑quality pipeline.
  • Running customer meetings on Teams - Join and host discovery calls and intro meetings, qualify opportunities, and ensure prospects have a great first experience with us.
  • Supporting our partnership programme - Help nurture and grow our partner relationships by coordinating calls, following up on opportunities, and keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Working closely with the Head of Sales - Collaborate directly with our Head of Sales to maximise sales opportunities, refine messaging, and learn proven sales strategies.
  • Joining customer visits - Be part of in‑person customer visits and meetings, gaining valuable exposure to how long‑term relationships are built.
  • Owning clear targets - You’ll have concrete goals around: Number of calls, Number of meetings booked, Sales closed. And you’ll be supported with coaching, tools and feedback to hit (and beat) them.

This role is ideal for you if:

  • You’re early in your sales career: Recently graduated with a degree in business, management, sales, or a related field. Have 2–3 years of sales experience and want to take the next step in a more strategic, growth‑focused environment.
  • You’re confident communicating - You enjoy speaking to people, asking smart questions, and turning conversations into opportunities—whether on the phone, on Teams, or in person.
  • You’re comfortable on camera (or willing to be) - As we ramp up our marketing in Q1 2026, you’ll have the chance to be involved in video content, and other front‑facing activities—so being relaxed on camera is a big plus.
  • You’re driven and goal-oriented - You like having clear targets, seeing your progress, and celebrating wins. You’re competitive in a healthy way and motivated by results.
  • You’re curious and eager to learn - You want to understand our product, our customers, and what makes a great sales process—and you’re open to feedback and coaching.

Benefits

  • £32,500‑35,000 basic
  • Hybrid – 3 days on site, 2 days WFH
  • Commission Structure
  • 25 Days Holiday + Birthday Day Off
  • A collaborative, energetic team where top performers thrive
  • Career advancement opportunities
  • Convenient onsite parking
