Exciting Opportunity: Head of Fulfilment & Distribution
Zendbox is seeking an ambitious, tenacious, results-driven operational leader to join our fast growing, fast paced, omni channel scale up. We\'re a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team for those who want to make an impact, get things done, and help build a world beating fulfilment and distribution operation.
As Head of Fulfilment & Distribution, you will own and lead the entire end to end process from inbound to outbound, inspiring and developing a high performing team that processes up to 20,000 orders daily across B2C, B2B, and retail channels. You will report directly to the COO and lead a talented management team, including:
- B2B Manager
- Goods In & Inventory Manager
- Goods Out Manager
- QC Manager
Your Key Responsibilities:
Own the Process: Lead and optimise all fulfilment and distribution functions including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, returns, B2B, and quality control
Lead and Inspire: Coach, motivate, and develop a high energy, ambitious team that thrives in a scale up environment
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and deliver process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency while maintaining world class standards
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with forecasting, commercial, tech, and customer service teams to deliver seamless end to end fulfilment
Deliver Results: Ensure KPIs are met or exceeded, with your leadership directly influencing customer satisfaction and business growth
Champion Compliance and Safety: Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Get It Done: Tackle challenges head on, remove roadblocks, and make things happen
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large fulfilment, distribution, or warehouse operations at scale
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high performing teams
- Experience managing multiple functions including B2B, inbound, outbound, inventory, and QC
- Deep understanding of warehouse processes, WMS systems, and continuous improvement
- Excellent problem solving skills with a data driven mindset
- Confident communicator who thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Tenacious, ambitious, and relentlessly focused on getting things done
