Job Overview
Zencore is seeking a Part-Time Technical Recruiter to lead recruiting efforts across Europe. This individual will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and consulting positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate has previous experience recruiting for Cloud, Data, AI, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Professional Services consulting roles, with a strong understanding of the Google Cloud ecosystem. They are proactive, organized, relationship-driven, and passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Location: We are open to candidates across Europe, but the preferred location is the UK.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, ideal candidate profiles, and workforce planning.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top cloud consulting talent throughout Europe.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial recruiter interviews to evaluate technical experience, consulting background, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical interview processes and maintain consistent communication with candidates and interview teams.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed interview summaries and recommendations.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring technical roles.

- Data Engineers
- Data Architects
- Project Manahers
- Sales Roles
- Technical Delivery and Professional Services roles
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (Lever)
- Track recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
- Stay informed on hiring trends within Google Cloud, cloud consulting, and the European technology market.
- Promote Zencore's employer brand across professional networks and recruiting channels.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Proven experience recruiting for Cloud and Data positions.
- Experience hiring within cloud consulting, professional services, systems integrators, or technology consulting firms.
- Strong understanding of modern cloud technologies, including:
- Google Cloud Platform (preferred)
- AWS
- Microsoft Azure
- Experience recruiting for technical disciplines such as:
- Cloud Infrastructure
- Kubernetes
- DevOps
- Data Engineering
- Data Analytics
- AI/ML
- Software Engineering
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience recruiting specifically for Google Cloud consulting organizations or Google Cloud Partners.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud certifications and technical career paths.
- Experience recruiting across multiple European countries.
- Knowledge of employment practices and hiring regulations across Europe.
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar systems.
