We're looking for an experienced estate planning professional to provide technical expertise and strategic guidance as we continue to develop our products, services and customer documentation.
About the Role
This is an advisory consultancy role focused on technical oversight, document review and product development support.
You will work with the leadership team to ensure our estate planning products, customer-facing documents, policies and processes remain clear, legally robust and aligned with industry best practice.
This role does not involve client casework, fee earning, customer consultations or providing legal advice directly to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the business's technical adviser on wills, trusts and LPAs.
- Review customer-facing documents, terms and conditions, policies and estate planning templates.
- Support the development of new products and services.
- Identify legal, operational and customer risks and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical guidance to management and operational teams.
- Assist with quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- A solicitor with relevant private client experience
- An experienced estate planning professional with strong technical knowledge
You’ll have:
- Extensive knowledge of wills, trusts and estate planning
- Experience reviewing legal or customer-facing documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to explain complex concepts in clear, practical language
- A commercial and customer-focused approach
