We are looking for a compassionate and professional Outbound Sales Advisor to join our growing team in Leicester. As a business, we specialise in providing a best in class service to our clients who are procuring Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Probate services. There is no cold calling within this position. Your role will be to speak with customers who have expressed interest in our services. Your focus will be on building trust based relationships, understanding individual circumstances and then guiding customers through purchase, often in vulnerable situations, so communication and service is the focus within this role.
Day to day you will:
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads only
- Build strong, empathetic relationships through open and supportive conversations
- Take time to understand customers' personal situations, family dynamics and future concerns
- Recommend suitable solutions that genuinely meet customers' needs, no pressure selling
- Support vulnerable customers with patience, care and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
- Adhere to all regulatory, compliance and ethical standards
What experience will you need?
- Some experience in outbound sales or advisory roles possibly within legal, financial services, insurance or similar
