Are you detail-oriented, organised, and eager to grow your career in global logistics? Zencargo is looking for a Tender & Procurement Coordinator to support our tender and procurement team in delivering accurate, competitive freight solutions. In this role, you'll help prepare spot quotes, support tender submissions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth pricing and rate management processes. You'll also assist in gathering market data, maintaining pricing tools, and working with our operations and procurement teams to keep everything running on track.

Key Responsibilities
Completion of competitive multi-trade spot quotations as required
Manage the tender and bid process, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing solutions aligned with Zencargo’s strategy
Analyse bid/tender RFI/RFQ requirements, identify ambiguities, and ensure internal teams are aligned on pricing and commercial strategies
Ensure timely responses to tender submissions and customer quotation requests, prioritising accuracy and competitiveness
Maintain a database of ocean freight rates, historical tender results, and market intelligence to support pricing decisions
Support sales teams by aligning pricing proposals with customer expectations and business objectives
Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to ensure seamless contract implementation and rate filing
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in tender management and procurement operations
Develop procurement strategies in collaboration with trade managers to secure competitive pricing, space protection, and strategic partnerships
Source and negotiate rates with carriers, consolidators, and agents to maintain competitiveness and service reliability
Conduct comparative cost analyses to optimise pricing strategies, maximising business wins and profitability
Monitor trade dynamics, market trends, and service developments to enhance procurement capabilities
Build and maintain relationships with key shipping lines to secure favorable terms and procurement opportunities
