Key
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, therapeutic care to children in line with the PACE model.
Lead shifts, supervising and mentoring a team of Support Workers.
Support the emotional and physical wellbeing of children, helping them achieve their potential.
Contribute to care plans, risk assessments, and day-to-day management of the home.
Ensure the home meets regulatory standards and follows safeguarding procedures.
Requirements: Experience in a children's residential care setting.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of therapeutic practices and safeguarding policies.
