Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, therapeutic care to children in line with the PACE model.
- Lead shifts, supervising and mentoring a team of Support Workers.
- Support the emotional and physical wellbeing of children, helping them achieve their potential.
- Contribute to care plans, risk assessments, and day-to-day management of the home.
- Ensure the home meets regulatory standards and follows safeguarding procedures.
- Experience in a children’s residential care setting.
