We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Lead Generator to support our team by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record and a high conversion rate of success as a lead generator.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients using online tools, databases, and social platforms.
- Research ongoing and upcoming infrastructure and construction projects aligned with Casado Design’s capabilities, identifying opportunities for sector expansion.
- Generate new business leads through outbound strategies, including cold outreach (email and phone), social selling, and networking.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
