We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us comply with UK financial regulations and support our expansion into new markets.
Responsibilities- Providing legal advice on regulatory compliance for Zen.com’s operations in the UK financial sector
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including terms & conditions, agreements, and customer notifications
- Preparing corporate documents, such as board/shareholder meeting minutes and regulatory filings
- Monitoring and interpreting legal and regulatory changes affecting the company’s business operations
- At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel in the financial sector
- Excellent knowledge of UK laws, especially financial sector regulations
- Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations would be a strong plus
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to find creative solutions
