Job Summary
We\βre looking for aFinancial Accountant to join our finance team and support ZEN.COM in UK. If you\βre experienced in accounting, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited about shaping the future of finance β weβd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Manage AP/AR entries, accruals, prepayments, and related documentation
Process and reconcile invoices and bank statements
Payment Data & Reconciliations
Work with the Settlement department to gather PSP transaction data
Process, verify, and systematize PSP data
Reconcile general ledger and client accounts
Month-End & Reporting
Participate in month-end closings and accounting adjustments
Maintain fixed asset register
Prepare financial and management reports
Archive and verify accounting documents
General Accounting Support
Assist with tax calculations and ensure compliance with local law
Optimize workflows and maintain accounting documentation standards
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Prior experience in fintech, banking, or electronic money institutions is preferred
Technical proficiency in AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
