Zen Internet Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our Enterprise Service Desk.

You will diagnose and troubleshoot issues, advise on best practices, and lead change using your experience to ensure robust solutions for our enterprise customers.

You will handle incidents and requests, log and escalate where needed, and collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver excellent service.

This role includes an on-call rota and some out-of-hours work.
